Our Story
PeakPath Foundation was established in 2025 as the nonprofit extension of PeakPath Ventures, a social impact organization supporting athletic departments, schools, and community initiatives. Recognizing the growing need for equity in education and opportunity, the Foundation was formed to turn that vision into sustained philanthropic action.
Based in Maryland, PeakPath Foundation is preparing to launch its first major initiatives, including mentorship programs, academic support services, and scholarships that empower students to build stronger futures.
By focusing on long-term impact rather than short-term results, the Foundation works to create a lasting ecosystem of learning, leadership, and legacy that transforms lives both on and off the field.

Our Founder
John Seard is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PeakPath Ventures and the visionary behind PeakPath Foundation. With a background in business leadership and community development, John established the Foundation to expand PeakPath’s mission into sustained philanthropy that creates educational and economic opportunities for student-athletes.
Through his work in business strategy and fundraising, John recognized the challenges that many schools and athletic programs face in accessing the resources needed to thrive. That insight inspired the creation of PeakPath Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to bridging those gaps through mentorship, scholarships, and leadership development.
John’s vision for PeakPath Foundation is rooted in the belief that access, mentorship, and education can transform futures. His goal is to ensure that student-athletes have the resources, guidance, and support to succeed in school, in life, and in leadership.
Through both PeakPath Ventures and PeakPath Foundation, John continues to build pathways where purpose meets impact, creating opportunities that strengthen communities and empower the next generation of leaders.
