about
Empowering Futures Through Purpose and Partnership
PeakPath Foundation was created to bridge education, leadership, and community impact, helping students and athletes access the support and mentorship they need to succeed.
Our Story
PeakPath Foundation was established in 2025 as the nonprofit extension of PeakPath Ventures—a social impact organization supporting athletic departments, schools, and community initiatives. Recognizing the growing need for equity in education and opportunity, the Foundation was formed to turn that vision into sustained philanthropic action.

Based in Maryland, PeakPath Foundation is currently preparing to launch its first major initiatives, including mentorship programs, academic support services, and scholarships that empower students to build stronger futures.
Mission
PeakPath Foundation exists to support and advance education through grants, programs, and initiatives; to foster innovation and community development through charitable outreach; and to engage in philanthropy that uplifts the public good.

Our Leadership
John Seard is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PeakPath Ventures, where he leads the company’s mission to help HBCUs and school districts in underserved communities raise funds, grow revenue, and build sustainable athletic programs.
With a background in business leadership and community development, John brings both strategic insight and practical experience to the challenges athletic departments face. His vision for PeakPath is rooted in a belief that athletics can be more than competition, they can be engines of opportunity, pride, and legacy for schools and their surrounding communities.
In addition to PeakPath, John works with institutions and organizations through That Advisor Guy (TAG), where he provides guidance in financial empowerment, business strategy, and revenue growth. His work with TAG has laid the foundation for PeakPath’s unique approach: combining fundraising strategy, program development, and event activation to deliver measurable results.
John’s leadership reflects a deep commitment to purpose-driven growth. His passion for supporting HBCUs and underserved districts is matched by his drive to build partnerships that align resources with impact. Through PeakPath Ventures, he continues to shape pathways where purpose meets profit, and legacy finds leverage.
